Alpine + Align
A Mountain Wellness Retreat
Stowe, Vermont
February 25 - 28, 2027
What to ExpectA thoughtfully curated winter escape in the heart of Vermont, designed around movement, nourishment, connection, and the luxury of slowing down. Spend your days flowing through yoga and Pilates, gathering over chef-prepared meals, unwinding in the Rustic Spa, and experiencing the magic of winter in Stowe - from a mountain afternoon to a local wine tasting. With space to explore, connect, and simply be, Alpine & Align invites you to step away from the everyday and settle into something softer.
Move with intention through a curated blend of yoga, Pilates, and restorative practices. From energizing morning flows to slower, grounding sessions, each class is designed to leave you feeling strong, open, and deeply connected to yourself.
❋ Intentional MovementNo winter weekend in Stowe would be complete without a little exploring. We'll venture out for a day at Stowe Mountain and gather for a local wine tasting, two quintessential Vermont experiences woven into the weekend, with plenty of time left to cozy up and unwind back at the lodge.
❋ A Little Vermont MagicInspired by the Danish art of hygge, our Rustic Spa experience is all about slowing down and savoring the warmth of winter, moving between the wood-fired sauna, hot tub, and hydrotherapy before bundling up and settling into a cozy evening at the lodge.
❋ Après-Ski WellnessGather around the table for beautiful, nourishing meals prepared by our private chef. From slow mornings over breakfast to cozy dinners after a day in the mountains, food is part of the experience and meant to be savored, shared, and enjoyed.
❋ Nourishing MealsNot every moment needs to be filled. Expect intentional pockets of free time to curl up by the fire, read, journal, take a nap, explore the property, or simply enjoy having nowhere else to be.
❋ Space to Slow DownCome solo or with a friend. Alpine & Align is designed to create connection naturally through shared meals, movement, fireside conversations, and a few unforgettable days tucked away together in the Vermont mountains.

Guests are responsible for transportation to and from Stowe, but we’re happy to help make getting there easier. For those traveling from the Boston area, we can help coordinate carpooling with other retreat guests ahead of the weekend.
Once you arrive, transportation for our planned group outings to Stowe Mountain and the winery is included.
-
We’ll be spending part of the day at Stowe Mountain, with the option to ski or snowboard during our time there. Transportation to and from the mountain is included; however, lift tickets, equipment rentals, lessons, and other skiing or snowboarding expenses are not included in the retreat price.
Skiing is completely optional! You’re welcome to join us at the mountain without skiing, stay back at Sterling Forest Lodge for a slower day, book a massage, spend time unwinding at the Rustic Spa, or head into Stowe to explore town at your own pace.
-
No. Everything is an invitation. Alpine & Align is intentionally designed with space to slow down, and you’re always welcome to skip a class or activity, sleep in, read by the fire, book a massage, or take some time for yourself.
-
We’ll do our best to accommodate common dietary restrictions and allergies. You’ll have an opportunity to share your dietary needs before the retreat so we can coordinate with our private chef.
-
We offer both private and double-occupancy rooms at a variety of price points. If you’re joining us with a friend, you’re welcome to book a double room together. Coming solo but interested in a shared room? We’re happy to match you with another retreat guest who has also selected double occupancy.
Private rooms are also available for those who prefer their own space.
-
Absolutely! You do not need to come with a friend to join Alpine & Align. Many retreat guests come solo, and the weekend is intentionally designed to offer a balance of connection, community, and time to yourself.
If you book a double-occupancy room and are coming solo, we can match you with another guest.
-
Throughout the retreat, you’ll experience a thoughtfully curated blend of yoga, Pilates, yogalates, and restorative movement, designed to complement the rhythm of each day. Expect everything from energizing flows and strength-focused Pilates to slower practices that invite you to unwind and reconnect.
Classes are welcoming to a range of experience levels, with modifications and opportunities to personalize your practice throughout. Optional hands-on adjustments and assists will also be offered to help deepen your practice, refine alignment, and create a more personalized experience.
Some sessions will weave in elements of breathwork, meditation, journaling, and sound healing, creating space to connect with both the physical and restorative sides of movement.
-
Yes! A $500 non-refundable deposit is required at booking to reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be split into two payments:
50% of the remaining balance due January 15, 2027
Final 50% due February 15, 2027
This payment schedule allows you to secure your room now and spread the remaining cost out leading up to the retreat.

Sterling Forest Lodge is a boutique wellness retreat lodge tucked into 40 private acres in the mountains above Stowe, Vermont. Designed for retreats and connection, the lodge blends cozy, thoughtfully designed spaces with beautiful mountain surroundings and plenty of room to slow down.
For Alpine & Align, we’ve reserved the entire lodge exclusively for our group. For all three nights, the property will be ours—creating a private, intimate retreat experience where you can truly settle in and feel at home.
We’ll have access to the lodge’s dedicated yoga studio, cozy gathering spaces, surrounding forest, and Rustic Spa, complete with a sauna, hot tub, and hydrotherapy. Our movement space will also be fully equipped with yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and props, so there’s no need to bring your own.
Think of Sterling Forest Lodge as our private mountain home for the weekend—a space to move, gather, eat, unwind, and experience a little Vermont winter magic together.
-
Think cozy Vermont winter weekend! We recommend bringing comfortable clothes for yoga + Pilates, warm layers and winter gear for exploring Stowe, a swimsuit for the Rustic Spa, and something you feel good in for dinners and evenings at the lodge.
No need to pack your yoga gear—we’ll have yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and other props waiting for you at the lodge.
If you plan to ski or snowboard, you’ll also want to bring your own gear or plan to rent equipment at the mountain. We’ll send a complete packing guide ahead of the retreat so you’ll know exactly what to bring.
